Warranty and Return Policies
We provide a 3-year warranty for our products, during this period, we will provide free maintenance services. After the warranty period ends, we will continue to provide repair maintenance support and technical services. We do not provide any replacement unless Astcampan company confirms that the product is damaged and cannot be used when it arrives.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or misuse, nor does it apply to damage caused by falling or any other transportation failure after purchase.
The customer must pay the shipping fee when returning the camera for repair or replacement. If we confirm that you can get a replacement of all the purchased goods, you should return the damaged good with all accessories, manuals, etc., and these items must be properly packaged.
If your received camera malfunctions or is a faulty camera, please contact us via email as soon as possible: sales@astcampan.com . Please describe the problem and faults in detail, we will do our best to help you solve the problem and faults. In most cases, these problems are caused by incorrect driver installation or software configuration.
If your camera needs warranty repair, we will provide you with a repair and maintence approval number. We reject any returns without a repair and maintence approval number!
